REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - BUS STOP SIGN PRODUCTION & INSTALLATION : Posted On: 05/20/13
The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation (TRANSPO) is requesting
proposals from qualified firms until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 for the
procurement of Bus Stop Sign Production and Installation. To obtain an RFP

The procurement for Bus Stop Sign Production and Installation shall follow
TRANSPO’s policies and FTA requirements for competitive procurement. The
successful contractor will be required to comply with the applicable Equal
Opportunity Laws and Regulations. TRANSPO, in accordance with Title VI of the
Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and 49 CFR Part 26, will afford
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises full opportunity to respond and will not
discriminate against any interested firm or person on the basis of race, color, sex,
or national origin in the review of qualifications or contract award.
